We will be fully transparent with you throughout this automatic and free process, which will allow you to take advantage of all the benefits we offer at Sproutfi. Benefits such as permanent exemption from brokerage commissions and no minimum transaction values.
About us and what is happening
Sproutfi is an investment platform that allows people from Latin America to invest in thousands of US stocks and ETFs. We are a fully regulated company backed by some of the most significant venture capital funds investing in fintech.
Our acquisition is limited to customer accounts and assets that are in custody at Drivewealth, and does not include any of the existing operations, nor is it a merger with Passfolio.
It is worth mentioning again that the migration will only be of the US brokerage accounts (accounts that trade U.S. stocks and ETFs), including the money available in these accounts. Assets contained in PassCard, PassEarn, and Crypto products will not be migrated.
After migrating your investment portfolio from Passfolio to Sproutfi you will have access to these benefits:

The process of migrating your portfolio to Sproutfi is free. Also, this will not have an impact on your taxes, as you will not need to sell your stocks and ETFs to transfer them (you can talk to your accountant to understand better).
No Trading fees
Sproutfi is a zero trading commission platform, and we have no minimum transfer amount or minimum balance. We have a commitment to never charge our existing users a trading fee.
